Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board of Directors Meeting No.13/2008 on Thursday, 3 July 2008 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. AOT Board of Directors would like to inform that Air Marshal Chana U-sathaporn, AOT President, has tendered a resignation from his position due to his health problem, effective from 5 August 2008 onwards, causing him also vacating from the position of the Director and Secretary of AOT Board of Directors. In this regard, AOT Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Serirat Prasutanond, General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport, to be Acting President from 5 August 2008 onwards until the appointment of a new AOT President will be done.
