Subject: Additional Utilization of Don Mueang International Airport

To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board Meeting No.35/2007 dated December 1st, 2007 at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort and Spa, Phuket. The Board of Directors resolved to additionally allow airlines to operate both domestic and international flights at Don Mueang International Airport on a voluntary basis. AOT will propose the mentioned resolution to the Ministry of Transport for further proposing it to the Cabinet.
