Subject: Notification of the Result of Appointment of AOT's Director

To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) had previously informed that the AOT Board of Directors Meeting No. 9/2009 held on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office, resolved to appoint Mr. Nattachak Pattamasingh Na Ayuthaya as AOT's Director in replacement of Mrs. Rawittha Pongnuchit who resigned from the Board of Directors, and the appointment would be effective from the date on which the Office of the Attorney General had the resolution of approval.

However, the Office of the Attorney General has considered that the AOT Board of Directors already consists of one prosecuting attorney, the number of which is deemed as adequate.
