Subject: Clarify the lawsuits from King Power Group

To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the news regarding the lawsuits between King Power Duty Free Plc. and King Power Suvarnabhumi Plc. (King Power Group) and Airports of Thailand Plc.(AOT), King Power Group has filed two lawsuits against AOT demanding AOT to compensate Baht 68 Billion for nullifying Duty Free Contract and Commercial Activities Contract.

Currently AOT has waited for the petitions from the Civil Court before it pursue with any further actions. However, these lawsuits should not have any impacts on AOT's operations because AOT has not recognized any revenues and expenses from King Power Group since the beginning.

AOT will keep all parties update in case of any further information.
